On the corner of Kalevi and Aida streets, in the courtyard, between the old oaks, we built a three-story stone apartment building with modern and cool architecture. Due to the location of the building in the courtyard, there was a lot of pain and effort in bringing in the necessary communications, but in the end, all the pipes and cables were set in place. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony; larger apartments have a separate toilet or two toilets. Each apartment has autonomous, forced ventilation with heat recovery. Thought out plans and finishing solutions provide for unique and modern apartments that are suitable for people who love both the bustle of the city and peace at the same time. The total area of the apartment building is 667.3 m2, of which the area for sale is 634.4 m2. The house has nine apartments (3×2-room, 4×3-room, 1×4-room, and 1×5-room). The completion period of the apartment building is October 2013 to August 2014.
